To submit an on-line booking request:

1. Complete the form below. Sections marked with a red asterisk must be filled in. If the request is for more than one pitch, please fill in the additional information requested for each tent.
2. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a simple automated acknowledgement that the form has been sent.

3. We will review your request and contact you directly as soon as possible within two working days, either to seek additional information, or to confirm availability for your chosen dates.

4. To proceed with your booking we will require a deposit, which may be paid by payment card or cheque. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you have not paid the deposit, you do not have a booking!

5. We aim to respond to all booking requests as quickly as possible within two working days.
